Refund Policy

Once your items are shipped, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to ship them back to CSG for a full refund minus 20% restocking fee. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit minus the 20% restocking fee. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

All returns must include a tracking number (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
